Disclosure Policy: This log is updated at the time of each release. All AI tools used during the production process are listed, including those used in early drafts that were ultimately not included in the final release. Human review is performed by label staff prior to every release.

Kanade Coda is a transparency-first AI music label. We proactively comply with the EU AI Act 2026 and applicable platform AI disclosure requirements.
What we disclose on every release
- The AI tools used to generate the music (currently: Suno AI)
- The AI tools used to generate artist images (currently: Midjourney)
- The virtual, non-human nature of all artist personas
- Full AI disclosure metadata submitted through our distributor
What we do not do
- Claim that AI-generated music is performed by a human artist
- Use AI voice cloning of any real artist or person
- Intentionally reproduce copyrighted melodies or compositions
- Distribute music without AI disclosure on any platform
